Dr. Sheela Hoyle has over 25 years of experience specializing in guiding companies through Organizational Change and Leadership strategies to create efficient business practices and workplace transformation.

Dr. Hoyle’s previous experiences and leadership roles include serving as a Dean, Department Chair, Faculty, Academic Counselor, Curriculum Development, Online Instructor/Counselor and campus innovator. She was responsible for leading the district’s efforts to implement a change management model and new strategic plan to deliver equity-based student services. Dr. Hoyle’s background includes a combination of hands-on involvement, cross- functional collaboration and managerial engagement, to create and sustain efficient business and institutional practices.

Dr. Hoyle is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success. One of her strengths is the ability to see the bigger picture and develop long-term plans, while achieving results. She is also a collaborative, and innovative leader who trains and inspires teams to maximize efficiency in the workplace with positive outcomes.

Dr. Hoyle earned a Doctorate Degree in Educational Change and Leadership degree from the University of Southern California, M.A. in Educational Counseling/Social Justice from San Diego State University, and a B.A. in Social Work from the University of California, at Berkeley.
