Dr. Scott Newman has worked to seamlessly integrate his academic expertise and experiences in leadership to help individuals and organizations unlock their full potential and achieve sustained success. Over the course of his career, Newman has fulfilled a broad range of roles in higher education, including professor, dean, provost and university president. As a leader, Newman has gained invaluable experience and expertise in numerous areas of leadership and organizational performance.

Newman has presented and published nationally and internationally on the topic of organizational development and leadership, and previously served as a fellow of several prestigious organizations, including The Aspen Institute and the American Council on Education. Newman is currently a fellow of the Gardner Institute.
